I was a Senior Software Engineer at Optimism, focused on Layer-2 scaling infrastructure for Ethereum. I worked on backend components for the L2 protocol, architected L1-L2 communication and cross-chain messaging systems, improved transaction batch submission and rollup sequencing, and contributed to the OP Geth implementation. This was during Optimism's early development, before its mainnet launch.
